How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, and integrations. We agree on milestones and a delivery schedule before work begins, with time for feedback and testing.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. We can rethink the design, improve the structure, or rebuild the site. We start by reviewing what works and what needs to change.
Can you build online ordering or bookings?
Yes. We can build ordering, ecommerce, and booking flows around your operations, including customer accounts and payment functionality where needed.
Can you integrate online payments and Stripe?
Yes. Stripe, checkout, and subscriptions can be included in the project scope. We plan the payment flow and test the important success and failure cases before launch.
Can you build a mobile app?
Yes. We design and develop mobile applications when a dedicated mobile product makes sense for your customers and business.
Do you provide hosting and monthly maintenance?
Hosting and ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately from the initial build. Coverage, response expectations, and monthly pricing are agreed before a support plan begins.
Can you work with our existing website or software?
We can review the current setup and recommend what to retain, improve, or replace. The approach depends on its technology, quality, and access.
Who owns the finished product?
Ownership, source files, third-party licenses, and handover details are set out in the project agreement before work starts.
What happens after launch?
We provide the agreed handover and can continue with hosting, maintenance, technical support, or new features through a separate support or development scope.
Can re:shaped keep improving the product?
Yes. We can plan further improvements as your priorities change, either through a new project or an ongoing support arrangement.
